Thirteen Agency started because hiring had started to feel like an emergency room — pinging, panic, endless dashboards. Founders were burnt out, HR leads were stretched thin, and candidates were tired of being ghosted.

We wanted to build the opposite of that. A recruitment studio that feels less like a call centre and more like a beach cabana — a small, steady place where you can hand us the brief, take a breather, and trust that thoughtful work is happening on the other side.

Today we partner with a small number of clients at a time — mostly early-stage founders, growing people teams, and owner-operators — across engineering, product, design, and operations roles.
